How we handle your information

Only the practitioner working on your engagement sees what you send us. We don't share it with anyone else.
Where we use AI tools to help draft, we use settings that don't allow your information to be used for model training. Every deliverable is checked by a person.
We keep your documents only as long as the engagement needs, and delete them within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
Please don't send passwords, keys or live customer records. We never need them.
