Information we collect

When you request a written scope, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, country, employee count, industry, current or planned AI use, main concern, preferred package and target start date. We also receive information you send by email or through the existing contact form. If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address for that purpose. If you complete the free AI readiness check, we collect your answers about your organisation, its AI use and governance practices, and use them to prepare your scorecard and to understand demand for our services.

Our website and hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information and essential cookies. We will update this notice if analytics or advertising technologies are enabled.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to assess fit, prepare a written scope or proposal, respond to questions and, if engaged, deliver the agreed advisory work. We use subscription details to send requested updates. We use routine technical information to operate, protect and improve the website.

Please avoid putting passwords, credentials, medical records or other sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. We can arrange a more suitable method if such material is needed for an assignment.

Who may receive it

Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, operate its forms and support our business email and document delivery. We may share information with professional advisers where needed, or where required by law. We do not sell enquiry details. Some service providers may store or access information outside Australia, subject to their privacy and security terms. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to restrict access to enquiry information and protect it against misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure. We keep information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, service delivery, recordkeeping or applicable legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. Documents you send us for an engagement, such as questionnaires and policies, are deleted within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them. If we use AI tools to help prepare drafts, we use settings that don't allow your information to be used for model training.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing contact@pluseleven.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain if a legal exception applies. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, where applicable.
